To register ANY commercial fishing vessel within the UK.

1. you need a Builders certificate.

2.  you need a 'Hull Construction Certificate' from a recognised 'industry authority' such as Lloyds or Seafish Etc.

As from January 2008 ALL Pro-Angler boats will come with a Builders Certificate and a Hull Construction Certificate.
